Job DescriptionWe’re on the hunt for a Managed Services Product Manager to help us grow and scale our B2B managed services offering, with a core focus on the education sector. This isn’t a client delivery role - it’s about owning the product from the inside out: designing it, pricing it, marketing it, and guiding our teams on how to sell it.
As the Product Manager, your primary role is to own the product lifecycle and maximize the performance outcomes of the Managed Services portfolio across The Warehouse Group.

Own the product roadmap & strategising for future growth across the group Build and manage the managed services product from concept to launch and beyond Understand the education market - what schools need, what our competitors are doing, and how we can do it better Work closely with key stakeholders (engineering team, sales, leadership team) to bring the product to life Define the product structure and pricing model Collaborate with marketing to take the product to market with compelling content and messaging Upskill our sales teams - give them the tools, training, and confidence to take our solution to schools across the country Own and manage the sales P&L and product performanceWe have an ambitious vision to expand our support for schools across the country. You’ll play a pivotal key role in bringing this to life – focusing on building and scaling our education-focused managed services to reach more schools and deliver greater impact.
QualificationsWhat you’ll bring:
A strong background in product management - especially building or scaling managed services Experience working in or with the education sector is a big plus Commercial smarts - you know how to build something customers want, price it right and make it profitable Comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders - from technical teams to suppliers to sales Curious, driven, and passionateOur ways of working will see you extensively work cross-functionally hence your collaboration skills will be paramount, coupled with the customer-centric lens and approach you bring to work every day.
