The Managed Service Contract Specialist is responsible for managing 3rd party contract suppliers for the UKI MSC business.  Managing relationships with suppliers, mapping, drafting and amending relevant contractual documentation and relevant PO/Invoices management supporting MSC Relationship managers and Contract and Business Development Managers.

This position reports to Elena Gilardi,  Head of Contracts and Tender Europe and is part of the EU Sales, Ops and Enablement organisation. This position is an on-site role and will be based in Little Chalfont, Amersham. The ability to travel from time to time is required to meet with suppliers and to participate in supplier and customers governance meetings.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Manage and ensure delivery of third-party subcontract servicesReviewing and drafting relevant contractual documentation by reflecting tender specification ensuring relevant KPIsRun audit check on third party suppliers serviceNegotiating service, prices and KPIsBeing a reference point for third party suppliers and collaborating with internal MSC back-office team and Contracts Manager

The essential requirements of the job include:

Negotiation & contractual relationship SkillsProject management skills

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

Requirement to travel periodically within the UKIMust have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Previous contractual rolesExperience in health care related environments
