We are looking for an ManageEngine Engineer to administer, configure, and maintain our IT management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with key ManageEngine products and will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, functionality, and security of our IT infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting our IT operations. This is a contract to hire role that can be remote but must provide occasional onsite support to our client location in the Detroit Metro Area, MI.

Qualifications Proficiency with specific ManageEngine solutions, such as ServiceDeskPlus and OpManager.Knowledge of ITIL for managing IT service processesStrong understanding of Network and System architectures and administrationExperience with Active Directory, SQL and SIEM platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationLegally authorized to work in the US without sponsorshipMust demonstrate a “can-do” attitudeWe focus on candidates that display our “ACE” factor – Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.
