For our Strategy & Program Delivery (S&PD) team we are currently looking for a S&PD Lead.
WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE?
As a S&PD manager, you will work on supporting the strategy formulation, leading/supporting key strategic initiatives with multi-year impact as well as identifying and validate new business opportunities. In addition, you will support the development and execution of market strategy through cross-functional collaboration, performing insights collection, analysis and narration, long range planning and decision making – by also liaising with regional and global stakeholders.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
Contribute and/or drive key strategic projects across the organization for our business leaders: strategic projects cover commercial, external affairs, new businesses, new market entry, new business model development, growth hacking and profitability improvementsDrive Czech market strategy cycle, including Long range plan (LRP) preparation, support of annual budget (OB) cycle and annual objectives, goals, strategies and measurements (OGSM) implementation – in close alignment with local and regional leadershipLead analysis and workstreams intellectual agenda, structure, and drive complex problem solving as core part of the strategy projectDrive the execution by mastering fact-based analyses, competitive intelligence, consumer insights, route to market insights and by identifying, facilitating recommendations to achieve optimal solutionsGet buy in on recommendations and translate strategic choices into actions by communicating and pitching to a large set of key stakeholders, with synthesis and with a bias for actionOrchestrate and facilitate Philip Morris CR projects/initiatives governance Support executive presentations preparation and ad-hoc analysis as requested by market/regional/global MT

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Strategy development toolkit (industry analytics, consumer insight, strategy development, business plan development, financial modelling)University/College degree, MBA is a plus7+ years of professional experience in business & strategic planning and/or management consulting and/or commercial planning & data analytics Additional consumer goods or retail, consumer electronics, retail financial services, telecom, and fashion a plusAdvanced written, communication and presentation skillsGood influencing and stakeholder management skills, able to advise and constructively challenge senior team membersAble to prioritize and work effectively, independently and with a team Curiosity, international experience, cultural openness, and command of English are essential with further language capabilities being a plus
