An exciting opportunity has arisen within the sales and business development team at Siemens Healthineers. We are recruiting for a Mammography Product Specialist to support the X-ray Products Imaging business line covering the Great Britain and Ireland zone. This is a home-based role. The successful candidate will join a high performing team in Great Britain & Ireland and be part of an exciting and innovative company.
The suitable candidate will have ideally come from a mammography / Radiology background, with a strong clinical understanding of the use of mammography products and will have proven customer relationship management experience from a previous role. Sales experience is not essential, however the ability to recognise and maximise business opportunities and quickly build open and trusting relationships with others is essential.

What are my responsibilities?
• Provide technical product support for the mammography Product Portfolio • Deliver product presentations and support equipment demonstrations. • Support the Sales team with quote proposals. • Prepare and respond to tenders in association with the Business Manager and Team Assistant in an accurate and timely manner. • Keep up to date with current products and clinical trends and support internal training sessions to Sales, Applications, and other internal stakeholders to ensure product knowledge cascaded appropriately. • Compile competitive information / sales argumentation and to disseminate to sales force as required. • Develop and maintain relationships with product groups at Head Office in Germany and other external groups such as the NHS Supply chain. • Develop marketing strategy with the XP Business Manager and the Marketing Department. • Support national/local exhibitions and conferences. • Support reference site visits • Attend system handover meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure all configurations are understood and are correct.
What do I need to qualify for the role?
• Demonstrable clinical experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Willingness to travel. • Self-motivated to acquire presentation and basic sales skills. • General commercial awareness. • Full Driving License. • Expertise in operation of Siemens products is desirable but not compulsory.
