Responsibilities:
The technologist is primarily responsible for performing mammography studiesThe technologist maintains a high standard of medical ethics at all times and is self-motivated to increase level of understanding and knowledge of the field, disease, and new procedures as they evolvePosition patients for appropriate procedures using immobilization and protective equipment as necessaryAssist physicians with interventional imaging procedures, starting IV's, and injecting contrast, if applicableWill rotate between different campuses within Brazos ValleyJob Requirements
Required Education & Experience:
AAS - Completion of an accredited Radiology ProgramTwo (2) years of imaging experienceRequire Licensure & Certification:
