This is an ideal environment for tech enthusiasts eager to solve complex challenges and drive innovation through software development As a Developer Associate (f/m/d) in our team, you will: + Take an active role in the full development lifecycle: from analyzing business requirements and designing solutions to coding, testing, and resolving technical challenges. + Collaborate with experienced professionals who support your growth—whether you're just starting out or have already gained your first professional experience. We’ll ensure a smooth onboarding and help you deepen your skills in ABAP, our development tools, and Joule + Investigate, analyze complex software problems, and resolve critical issues for SAP Private Cloud customers. + Show initiative and drive topics to resolution on a high level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency + Think independently and apply your problem-solving skills to deliver impactful solutions **What you bring** + A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Natural Sciences, or a related field, with hands-on experience in software development + First experience in ABAP or other programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C + Good analytical and problem-solving skills. + A curious mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning + A proactive attitude and a passion for innovation + Good verbal, written, and presentation skills + Good communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural environment This role not only offers clear career opportunities, but also the stability and support you need to succeed.
