?? Position Overview
As a Special Education (SPED) Resource Teacher, you’ll:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Deliver targeted instruction tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster inclusive learning Track progress and maintain open communication with families?? Compensation & Schedule
$40/hour (taxable wages) $1,600 gross weekly Start Date: August 11, 2025 Duration: 32 weeks Hours: 40/week Location: Kearney, NE? Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) Valid Nebraska teaching certificate required (SPED endorsement preferred) Minimum 1 year of classroom experience (preferred) Certifications: Elementary, Secondary, Special Teaching (preferred) LBS1 Endorsement (preferred) CPR, TB screening, and health clearance (if applicable) Must be 18+ and meet all federal, state, and local requirements??
