- Provide support to clients using our time and scheduling application
- Liaise with other customer support teams regarding payroll
- Inform relevant stakeholders of any client issues that arise
- Propose optimal solutions tailored to the client's business context
- Configure the application as required
- Coordinate and perform quality control checks before delivering changes
- Train clients on our various solutions
- Assist clients in using these new solutions
- Document client details and related events
- College diploma in administration, accounting, or a related field, or any other relevant combination of education and experience
- A minimum of three years of experience in time management
- Knowledge of scheduling and time management solutions (timesheets, time tracking)
- Experience in an IT office environment
- Proficiency with modern communication tools
- Knowledge of the payroll preparation cycle (an asset)
- Relevant experience in corporate implementation projects (an asset)
- In-depth knowledge of various payroll applications (an asset)
- Analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Proficiency with office software
- Excellent command of both spoken and written French and English (essential)
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45 000–$75 000. This role is an existing vacancy.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
