**Description and Requirements**
**Main Responsibilities**
+ End-to-end responsible for IT major incident management: coordinate support resources from related teams and push major incident to resolution ASAP. Manage executive communication during issue troubling shooting.
+ Conduct Fupan (After-action review meeting) on major incidents: drive related support teams to deep dive for root cause and identify preventative/improve action plan.
+ Create/Update/Consolidate knowledge documents to enrich team knowledge base.
+ Be responsible to prepare all kinds of major incident reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.), timely update and close loop management.
+ Take mentor role to help new staff quickly involved in working environment and get started with daily work.
+ Leverage IT intelligent operation tools and platform, identify major incident mgmt. opportunity and realize it.
**Requirement**
+ Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, or science/engineering-related majors)
+ 2–3 years of work experience (experience in IT operations is preferred)
+ Experience with IT infrastructure (network/server/database) or IT application operations is a plus
+ Advanced level of English
+ ITIL certification or relevant hands-on experience is preferred
+ Well-organized and logical thinker with strong communication skills
+ Able to perform well under pressure
+ Responsible and a strong team player
