Maintenance Woker I - GAHM - Full Time - Days
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** **You can make a difference** as a Maintenance Worker I in our beautiful senior living community, where our residents feel like family. The Glen's 45-acre campus includes 102 Independent Living apartments, 18 Independent cottages, 42 Assisted Living apartments, and a 30-bed new memory care building. **Position Summary:** Responsible for maintaining servicing and operating all facility equipment and fixtures. Assists in maintaining the overall working condition and appearance of building and grounds of facility while maintaining a safe environment. + Performs maintenance duties including carpentry repairs, plumbing, electrical repairs, equipment repairs, replacing bulbs and fixtures, as needed. + Completes work orders as directed by the department manage or maintenance lead. + Performs seasonal work such as shoveling snow as needed. + Provide excellent customer service to residents and fellow employees. **Education Requirements:** High school diploma or GED. **Experience Requirements:** 2 of years’ experience accepted in lieu of high school diploma/equivalency. Valid NYS Driver’s License. **Pay Range:** $17.25 - $22.54 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
