This is a salaried non-exempt level position.

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Warehouse Coordinator will have responsibility for the warehousing, inventory and organization of all non-commodity goods needed for the Lincoln soybean processing facility.  This position will report to the Site Maintenance Superintendent.   

Job Responsibilities: Must support and adhere to plant standards for safety, quality, productivity, reliability, environmental stewardship and service.Interface with the Maximo warehouse inventory control system to maintain an accurate inventory of items in the warehouse.Control the movement of items in and out of the warehouse, utilizing the Maximo warehouse inventory control system.Conduct physical cycle counts of inventory and reconcile inventory data to maintain accurate information.Establish location, min and max inventory level, and label warehouse items.  Utilize the automatic re-order functionality of Maximo to streamline the ordering of stock items.Prepare standardized summary KPI reports showing number and value of items in stock, cycle count progress and accuracy, number of items added to stock, slow moving items, etc.Take ownership for the organization and cleanliness of all of the spare parts warehouses.Assist and facilitate the procurement of non-stock items.Maintain compliance with the Global Non-Commodity Procure-to-Pay PolicyAssist in the addition of items to the Maximo Hierarchy, and the addition of spare parts to assets listed in the equipment hierarchy.Interface with local and regional suppliers as needed.Support Corporate Global Procurement Team, Vision 2022, Performance Excellence, and 1ADM standardization effortsWork to identify opportunities to share parts across sitesPartner with internal stakeholders to determine requirements and develop sourcing pipeline to drive cost reduction, improved supplier performance, demand management and reduced risk.Requirements: Must support and adhere to plant standards for safety, quality, productivity, reliability, environmental stewardship and service.Detail oriented with strong organizational and record keeping skillsExcellent communication (spoken and written), listening and teamwork skillsFlexible schedule, willing to accept after-hours trouble calls, including nights and weekends when necessaryComputer literate in Maximo, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and desire to enhance skills through education and trainingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. walk long distances, stand for long periods, climb stairs and ladders, work at heights, bending, kneeling, working with tools and work in extreme temperature conditionsFamiliarity with process equipment and the parts that make up that equipment.Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
