**Requisition ID: 174207** **Position Summary** Perform onsite Material care, custody and control functions in support of construction field activities **Experience Level** Entry **Primary Responsibilities and Duties** • Carry out day to day activities of the warehouse department, which can include shipping and receiving or products and materials, issuing tools, documentation and inventory control • Selects and prepares daily shipments which may includes pulling orders, packaging, and completing freight/invoice paperwork for freight carriers • Palletizes and wraps skids and delivers completed orders and packages to designated shipping area and/or deliver to disciplines • Assists in loading trucks as necessary and unloads received items from trailers • Examines and inspects items for damage and defects; identifies incorrect/short shipped items • Packs, unpacks, and marks stock items, using identification labels and stickers • Perform onsite Warehouse inventories, maintenance and restocking, fill backorders and product bins • May assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and document material shorts • Ensure all shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and on time • May operate forklift and other equipment – stand-up lift, sit-down lift, propane, scissor, etc **Qualifications** • May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Must possess knowledge skills and abilities for position • Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with management/supervision • Field experience in chosen craft discipline • Knowledge of the safe and efficient use of hand tools, power tools and layout tools. **Requirements** • Able to meet all physical requirements. • Must have all required tools • Expected to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces (may exceed 200 ft) • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by the workload • Observe and comply with all safety and project rules.
