Principal Accountabilities

Work with operations group on production schedules Daily tooling setup for production needs Inspection of Grinder pins, bushing and plates, replace as neededOperate 80 ton hydraulic pressStone Mold plates and Breather plates dailyStraighten Mold plates on a hydraulic pressBow breather plates on a hydraulic pressOperate plate grinder to sharpen grind plateAssess condition of tooling for wear and damageOrder tooling or send out for repairs as needed Maintain tooling inventory levels Utilize MRO systemCleanliness and housekeepingEnsuring food safety and qualityWork with minimal supervision Work Overtime as neededDocumenting daily work assigned on paper and in maintenance management systemUtilize parts in inventory to repair equipment and follow procedures for documenting usageIdentify problems and make suggestions to improve operational processesOperate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck)

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderMust have high school diploma or GED equivalentMust be able to read, write, and speak EnglishMust have knowledge of hand and power toolsHave state issued operator driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

Previous industrial maintenance experienceTwo year degree that relates to the maintenance fieldExperience using a powered industrial truck (PIT)Previous Cargill experienceWork history in the last 12 months
