Responsible for facility and equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance within manufacturing operations.
RequirementsUS Citizenship required (no OPT or visa sponsorship available)
Ability to work designated shift (specify availability when applying)
Technical training, certifications, or relevant licenses as needed
Experience with troubleshooting CNC machinery and production equipment
Knowledge of circuit panels and machine controls (including 120v)
Familiarity with air compressor systems and cooling water systems
Understanding of plumbing systems (PVC, copper, black pipe, hoses, fittings, valves)
Experience with sheet metal work (bending, cutting, shaping, ductwork)
Preferred SkillsCNC machinery repair including ball screw replacement, draw bar replacement, and lathe turret verification/alignment
Ability to troubleshoot and repair facility systems with minimal supervision
Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs
ResponsibilitiesPerform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance for facility and production equipment
Develop and implement solutions for facility, equipment, and building system issues
Maintain and repair CNC machinery including mechanical and electrical components
Support production by ensuring minimal downtime of equipment and systems
Work within established operating procedures and methods to solve routine technical problems
Pay Details: $17.00 to $31.00 per hour
