Servicing and repairing small tools, manufacturing production equipment, lift trucks and other material handling equipmentProcurement of parts and supplies, making supplier calls and inquiriesInspection, service and repair of all facilities HVAC and other ventilation systemsPerforming basic carpentry and other facilities maintenanceRegular inspections of building alarm systems and fire suppression equipment.Facilitating organization of materials, tools, and other resourcesPerforming weekend security checks of the facility.


Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Proven Work HistoryAssociates Degree or higher, in one or more applicable tradesElectronics experience in Programmable Logic Control, wiring diagrams, schematics, controls, sensorsAble to trouble shoot and repair complex electronic controls in a variety of CNC equipmentUnderstand and program VFD (Variable Frequency Drive)Able to design and build electronic circuitry for control applications


Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED MinimumThree (3) years training and experience in machine repair and facilities maintenance. Technical education may count towards experience requirementMechanical aptitude to troubleshoot, repair and adjust complex mechanical equipment. Includes use of tools, machines, and/or vehicles to complete the assigned workModerate mathematical knowledge, to calculate data or solve practical problemsPC knowledge and familiarity with a variety of software programs, with the ability to learn Epicor business softwareAble to pass a respirator examAble to pass pre-employment screening including drug test
