**Maintenance Technician – Multiple Shifts Available – Optional OT** **Location:** Omaha, NE **Shift:** (1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift) **Compensation:** Competitive pay based on experience + comprehensive benefits package **Position Summary** As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance. + Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support equipment upgrades and process improvements. + Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. + Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role. + Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, and industrial automation. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. **What We Offer** + Competitive hourly wage with overtime opportunities + Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with company match + Paid time off and holidays + Ongoing training and career development + A supportive and safety-focused work culture **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
