Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
System One is working with a client in Tulsa to find a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support our client's operations by performing routine and corrective maintenance on equipment, production systems, and facility infrastructure.
This role requires hands-on expertise in hydraulics, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pneumatics, and air compressor systems to ensure all systems are operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform routine, periodic, or special inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment, machinery and facility systems to prevent breakdown of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, ECS, HVAC and other systems repair within company facilities.
+ Perform carpentry or installation work.
+ Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment. Interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings and specifications.
+ Set up and operates all tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned work.
+ Maintain, repair, overhaul, assemble, disassemble, install and dismantle machine tools.
+ Maintain the mechanical and electrical systems in administrative office and production areas.
+ Support the company and department business goals and objectives.
+ Function as a team member and under minimal supervision.
+ Perform essential functions at the discretion of the Maintenance Director.
+ Champion mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience as a maintenance technician.
+ Minimum 5 years' experience with 440 & 230 volt 3 phase electric, 220 & 115 volt 1 phase as well as hydraulic systems.
+ Must be knowledgeable of troubleshooting motor controls using electrical schematics.
+ Must be strong in all aspects of machine and facility maintenance including the ability to read technical manuals, schematics, diagrams and blueprints.
+ Experience with HVAC, plumbing, pneumatic, air compressor.
Other Requirements:
+ Legally able to work in the United States.
+ Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
+ Wear and maintain proper Personal Protective Equipment when applicable.
+ Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
+ Ability to be fitted and wear respiratory equipment necessary to perform functions of the position.
Work Environment : On the production floor, PPE is required depending on department and product (e.g., gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection). Work in noisy, hot or cold conditions depending on the season and task.
This position is designated as Safety Sensitive under Oklahoma law, including the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. As a result, individuals in this position are subject to drug testing, and the use of medical marijuana—even with a valid license—is not permitted.
