Job description Carry out maintenance and production of all plumbing items in the facility. Keep the technical services workshop up and running. Care for and repair the plumbing items in the facility. Perform tasks assigned by his/her manager that are related to the department and position. Take part in any work that requires the full participation of the Technical Service Department. Replace any broken tap and other damage issues in bathrooms and public areas. Work on a shift basis and start the shift on time. Keep the workspace clean and ensure that it is cleaned after the work is complete. Must always look clean and proper and wear a uniform. Carry out other reasonable tasks that may be requested. Work according to the policies, procedures and instructions identified by the Chief Engineer. Take part in the Emergency Response Teams. Must take all measures required for occupational and worker health and comply with all measures taken. Predict that all activities and purchased equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment; join all activities organized to protect biological diversity and share the responsibilities and individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and carry on necessary trainings. Provide minimum consumption of currently used items and equipment (paper, printed materials, etc.). Implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings to save energy inside the facility. Carry on implementing decisions taken for saving energy. Predict effects of environment and energy efficiency on purchased equipment. Implement responsibilities to eliminate and collect waste properly, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment. Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management and food safety management systems implemented at the facilities. Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description. Qualifications Education: At least a technical high school or vocational diploma. Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience required by the job. Foreign language: Not required. Courses and training: Not required. Computer literacy: Not required. Skills: Expected to use basic tools and equipment related to the job. If necessary, expected to possess certification in the related field. Additional information
