**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery, with a focus on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. This role requires a strong understanding of machine repair, motor repair, and conveyor systems, as well as experience with plastic injection and pump systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and repair tasks on machinery and equipment. + Conduct training on maintenance processes and techniques. + Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal performance. + Utilize electrical experience to troubleshoot and repair motor systems. + Operate and maintain conveyors and plastic injection machinery. + Use multi meter for electrical tasks involving 3 phase and 480V systems. + Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machinery longevity and efficiency. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics. + Strong mechanical skills. + Electrical knowledge, including the use of a multimeter. + Experience with plastic manufacturing processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to perform preventive maintenance. + Experience in troubleshooting and repairing machinery. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and enjoy 2 weeks of paid time off, 10 holidays, and a 401K plan with up to 6% matching. **Work Environment** This position operates on a night shift from 6 PM to 6 AM with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including every other weekend. The work environment is fast-paced and requires handling noise and quick movements. The facility is large, clean, and part of the automotive industry, focusing on undercar products.
