Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
Diagnose equipment issues using test results, error messages, and operator feedback.Use voltmeters and other diagnostic tools to test equipment functionality.Verify repairs by operating machinery post-maintenance.Respond to urgent production needs on the floor.Troubleshoot and maintain systems including:Hydraulic and pneumatic systemsMotors, gearboxes, VFDs, HMIs, servo devicesConveyors, industrial printers, valves, sensors, heat exchangersMaintenance & Repair
Clean, lubricate, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment.Disassemble and reassemble equipment for inspections and repairs.Inspect parts for wear, damage, or defects.Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components.Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance.Cut and weld metal for repairs and fabrication.Support industrial refrigeration, boiler, and utility systems.Technical Operations
Read blueprints and manuals to ensure proper installation and operation.Program computer-controlled machinery.Demonstrate equipment functions to operators.Documentation & Compliance
Accurately document maintenance activities in MP2 or other ERP systems.Follow all SOPs, safety regulations, GMP, SQF, and 5S standards.Uphold Saputo’s code of ethics and values.Teamwork & Other Duties
