Maintenance Technician (Millwright)

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic failures Conduct mechatronic maintenance on production lines and technical systems Install new equipment and provide basic user training to end users Participate in on-call service rotations when required Implement technical modifications, system improvements, and upgrades Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and maintenance reports Qualifications: Completed technical vocational education (MBO Level 3 or 4) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering Proven experience in maintaining mechatronic equipment or production systems Competency in independent troubleshooting and problem-solving Experience with PLC systems is advantageous Possession of a valid driver’s license (B) Proficient in English (spoken and written) Skills & Attributes: Strong technical aptitude in mechanics, electronics, automation, or IT networks Ability to work independently and take initiative Customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies Flexible and responsive to changing operational needs Excellent attention to detail and commitment to system documentation
