Job Summary

Summary<br>The purpose of a Maintenance Technician is to maintain a hygienic, safe, and well-kept facility for the residents and co-workers.<br><br>Does this position require Patient Care?<br>No<br><br>Essential Functions<br>-Arranges furniture and equipment for the purpose of providing adequate preparations for special events. <br>
-Assists with skilled maintenance workers, tradesmen and/or assigned supervisor for the purpose of completing projects. <br>
-Completes projects and work orders in a safe, efficient manner. <br>
-Maintains Facility buildings and grounds areas as needed and/or assigned for the purpose of providing an effective working and living environment. <br>
-Performs a wide variety of general maintenance activities. <br>

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Prior experience in HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and facilities maintenance preferred 0-1 year preferred
