Maintenance Technician IV - 1st Shift - $36.85/hr
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-3:30pm **What you will do** This position conducts equipment assembly and operations support activities including preventive maintenance program requirements, product and process support, troubleshooting and resolving problems. This role responds to the demands of the production lines including needs for increased equipment support as customer demands may require. + Conduct electromechanical assembly of equipment, tooling, and fixturing + Conduct qualification, verification, and validation activities as required + Conduct moderately complex troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and fixturing + Conduct activities, tasks, and documentation per quality system requirements + Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating maintenance procedures through the change control process + Summarize, analyze, and provide recommendations from test results; Prepare standard reports/documentation to communicate results to the technical community + Work cooperatively with R&D, Process Development, Quality, Production, Regulatory, Equipment Engineering, and Production Specialists to ensure project success + Train and provide technical support or direction to product builders and other technicians + Ability to analyze machinery failures and implement appropriate resolutions, especially on complex and automated equipment + Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends **What you need** Required Qualifications: + High School or GED + Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing/warehouse or related field Preferred Qualifications: + Associates/Bachelor's degree or technical/vocational education + 4+ years of maintaining laser cutting equipment Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
