Job Title: Maintenance Technician III Location: Littleton, CO Type: Full Time, Direct Hire Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday (Every other Wednesday) 5:30PM-6:00AM. 4 built in hours of overtime every 2 weeks Pay Range: $35-$44/hour Responsibilities: + Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on simple/manual; semi automated; and certain aspects of fully automated manufacturing equipment. + Corrective maintenance activities include: troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, and electrical systems; and minor equipment performance improvement activities + Supports equipment performance improvement projects and process validation activities. + Contributes to process optimization and scrap reduction efforts through equipment design improvements, improvements to operating and maintenance procedures, and maintenance activities. + Independently troubleshoots equipment with a high degree of quality and reliability. + Implements permanent corrective actions to eliminate recurrent problems. Requirements: + HS Degree/GED + 2-5 years of troubleshooting experience with Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Controls Logic, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s), Ethernet communication, DeviceNet, Networks in an industrial, ideally heavily regulated (device, pharma, biotech, defense, aerospace) + 2+ years of PLC experience required + Experience with root cause analysis + Experience supporting production and maintenance for medical devices + Experience with extrusion/molding equipment is a major plus!!
