Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations department supporting facility and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and effective teamwork which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: FL, Auburndale
Pay Range: Up to $25.00/hour

What’s the Job?

Perform maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility repairs.

Troubleshoot and repair 480, 277, 3-phase and 220, 120 single phase electrical systems.

Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC and industrial refrigeration systems.

Maintain and repair facility structures, equipment, and material handling systems.

Document and prepare work orders through SAP.

What’s Needed?

3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Electrical skills including wiring, load balancing, and schematic reading.

Plumbing skills such as running drain lines, repairing faucets, and working on sinks, toilets, and water heaters.

HVAC knowledge including filter changes, condenser cleaning, belt replacement, and monitoring building temperatures.

Ability to lift/move 50 lbs, work in varying temperatures, and operate hand tools safely.
