Candidates must possess 5+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician in an Industrial, Gas / Oil Refinery or Chemical Production facility. Successful candidates must have proven heavy repair experience with multistage screw and reciprocating compressors, repair and alignment of multistage pumps and blowers. Duties will include Service and Repair of equipment and machinery, collecting oil samples for analysis, performing vibration analysis, Thermo Graphic surveys, Maintain PM records, equipment history and maintenance schedules. Responsible for maintaining lubrication schedules, issuing work orders, planning turnaround schedules and requisitioning parts and materials, maintaining warehouse housekeeping / inventory, and calibration of test equipment. Other abilities should include operation of forklifts, man-lifts, and small power tools. Responsible for supervision of contractors and maintenance personnel. Experience with refrigeration compression systems and instrumentation / electrical a plus.
