Job Requirements
Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skillsWorking knowledge of general maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and paintingAbility to respond to guest service requests promptly and professionallyAttention to detail and commitment to safety and preventative maintenanceAbility to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the Front Desk and Chief EngineerAbility to remain calm and professional while resolving guest issuesHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical training or coursework in general maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related fields preferred

Work Experience
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on maintenance or repair experience in a hotel, commercial building, or similar environmentExperience performing routine upkeep of hotel facilities, pool areas, and public spacesMonitoring daily equipment operations and utility meter readingsProgramming and maintaining hotel systems, including phone equipmentManaging small inventories of tools, parts, and maintenance suppliesDocumenting completed repairs and guest service requestsMaintaining Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) filesLearning and following emergency proceduresSupporting preventative maintenance programs and recordkeeping

Pay Rate: $21- $23 hour (depending on experience)
