Key Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical equipment. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, and control system faults. Work with PLC control systems, preferably Siemens S7. Ensure a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety standards. Assist with production line start-ups and technical support. Document all maintenance and repair work in the maintenance management system. Oversee and coordinate the work of external technicians when required. Identify and implement technical improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reliability. Qualifications & Experience Required: Previous experience in a technical maintenance role within a production or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of mechanical systems and experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Hands-on experience with PLC systems; Siemens S7 is preferred. Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to interpret technical documentation. Willingness to work in a rotating 5-shift system. Skills & Competencies: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Independent, proactive, and self-motivated work ethic. High attention to detail and commitment to safety. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
