**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role involves hands-on mechanical and electrical work, requiring independence in handling both older manual machines and newer automated systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical-based maintenance on machinery.
+ Conduct tasks involving pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
+ Carry out preventative maintenance on equipment.
+ Engage in PLC troubleshooting and equipment installation.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with mechanical maintenance.
+ Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ General understanding of PLCs.
+ Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine maintenance.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Welding skills.

**Work Environment**

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $63606.40 - $63606.40/yr.
Direct hire, great growth opportunity with a national company. Do not need to train on 1st shift. On-call maybe once or twice per year. Full benefits.

This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis,MN.
