**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role involves hands-on mechanical and electrical work, requiring independence in handling both older manual machines and newer automated systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical-based maintenance on machinery. + Conduct tasks involving pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems. + Carry out preventative maintenance on equipment. + Engage in PLC troubleshooting and equipment installation. **Essential Skills** + Experience with mechanical maintenance. + Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. + General understanding of PLCs. + Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Welding skills. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a direct hire opportunity with significant growth potential within a national company.
