**Maintenance Technician** 3rd shift (4x12s - 8pm-8am) *Monday night to Friday morning Pay: $31-$35 (Depends on experience) **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, specializing in both reactive and preventative maintenance. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment, focusing on a mix of mechanical and electrical systems. **Responsibilities** + Split responsibilities equally between reactive and preventative maintenance tasks. + Trace circuits with and without prints or schematics, accommodating older machines lacking documentation. + Focus on 70% mechanical and 30% electrical tasks. + Troubleshoot and rewire 480V electrical systems. + Repair and troubleshoot 24v-120v sensors, photoeyes, and controls. + Conduct hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repairs. + Replace parts such as seals, bearings, and gears. + Maintain and repair equipment including extrusion machines, small mechanical chain-driven conveyors, air compressors, and small hydraulic presses. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in 480V electrical troubleshooting and rewiring. + Experience in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting. + Knowledge of low voltage systems (110v-24v), including sensors and photoeyes. + Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Ability to trace circuits both with and without schematics. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Greenville, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $70720.00/yr.
