**Job Title: Maintenance Technician 3rd SHIFT - DIRECT HIRE $25-30/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician (Multi-Craft) for our **3rd shift (12:00am-8:30am)** in Canton, OH. This role involves performing machine repair, facilities maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance in a plastic extrusion environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform machine repair and facilities maintenance. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. + Troubleshoot, repair, and install machinery and equipment, focusing on plastic extrusion. + Work with 480v, single and three-phase power, VFDs, sensors, switches, AC/DC motors, and relays. + Pass on work between shifts, documenting the current status and remaining tasks. + Identify faulty parts and troubleshoot machines using OHMS Law and voltage. + Work with series parallel circuits, contactors, fuses, DC/AC drives without relying heavily on schematics. **Essential Skills** + Experience in industrial maintenance. + Electrical and mechanical multi-craft skills. + Experience with plastics industry machinery. + Proficiency in preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance. + Troubleshooting skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, injection mold, and extrusion. + Ability to read blueprints and perform PLC troubleshooting. + Experience with schematic analysis and service maintenance. + Understanding of 3-phase power systems and welding repair. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $62400.00/yr. • 401(k) with Company matching • Vacation Days after 6 Months • Excellent Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 60 days • Short Term Disability and additional Voluntary Life Insurance available • Paid Day Off For Your Birthday • Weekly Pay • Multiple perks during the year CLEAN and Safe work environment Give reviews and pay increases **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in CANTON,OH. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on May 28, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
