Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Shift Information

First Shift/Days - 5:00am - 5:00pm

3/2/2 Schedule (Work 3 days on, 2 days off, work 2 days) - 12 hour shiftsMust be willing to work overtimeOccasional weekend shifts required

Job ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient performance.Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using our proven tracking systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements.Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

Education

HS Diploma /GED or equivalent

Experience

1 year of proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Skills

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
