Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team to fix coffee machines in offices throughout NYC. The role involves working as a helper alongside a lead technician. The successful candidate will undergo an initial two-week interview and training period in Garden City, NY (Long Island), with accessible train lines from NYC. Following training, a Metro card will be provided for NYC travel.
Responsibilities
Assist in the repair and maintenance of coffee machines in various office locations across NYC.Collaborate with the lead technician to ensure timely and effective service.Utilize plumbing, electrical, and mechanical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Perform mechanical assembly and use power and hand tools proficiently.Engage with customers professionally to provide excellent service.Adhere to safety standards and company policies during all service operations.Essential Skills
Experience with plumbing and electrical systems.Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical issues.Skilled in mechanical assembly and use of power tools.Ability to operate hand tools effectively.Strong customer-facing and communication skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
The role requires working in various office settings across NYC, with travel facilitated by a Metro card post-training. During the initial two weeks, training will take place in Garden City, NY. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
