Shift: 8:00am- 5:00pm

We here at PDS Tech are seeking an experienced Advanced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position ensures the reliability of manufacturing equipment and facilities through advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and support of new equipment installations. The ideal candidate is skilled in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do:

Perform preventive & predictive maintenance (hydraulic presses, chillers, compressors, filtration units).

Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (Allen Bradley & Siemens preferred), drives, sensors, and pneumatics.

Repair and adjust conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and precision tooling.

Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Maintain utilities (HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, RO/DI systems).

Document work in CMMS and update schematics/technical manuals.

Follow all safety procedures (LOTO, Arc Flash, confined space).

Train and support entry-level technicians.

Qualifications:

5+ years industrial maintenance experience (mechanical/electrical/automation).

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or technical certification preferred).

Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.

Certifications in PLC programming, HVAC, or electrical systems a plus.

Experience with CMMS (SAP, eMaint) preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Stand, walk, and work in varied conditions for extended periods.

Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights with PPE.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
