Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions involving pneumatic or mechanical components of production assembly equipment, using diagnostic equipment, and a variety of tools and repair techniquesTroubleshoot & repair electro-mechanical and pneumatic equipmentLog equipment usage, parts replacement, and scheduled maintenance to ensure maximum functionalityReport to leadership regarding automation capabilities and statusPerform Equipment Change over operationsClean and perform preventative maintenanceOn-Call Weekend Support

Minimum Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent1-4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in the support and/or operating of automated assembly/mechanical equipment/RoboticsUse of a variety of tools and repair techniques, including meters, hand tools, machine shop and welding equipment to accomplish necessary repairsAbility to read electronic & pneumatic schematicsStrong mechanical aptitude

Preferred Requirements

Experience in welding/fabricationPrevious Field Service experienceThorough understanding of and experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipmentExperience wiring industrial controlsTechnical school degree/certification

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Manufacturing environment.  Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, walking, reaching.  Ability to inspect small parts. Ability to lift up to 40 Lbs.  Must be able to work on feet 90% of the schedule. 3pm-11pm
