Position Description

Essential Job Functions
Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any wear, malfunctions, and deviations from normal.Identifying, Assessing, and Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures using Root Cause and fact-based troubleshooting to determine source of failure.Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.Planning, scheduling, and performing Preventative Inspections, replacements, or repairs.Conducting periodic quality / performance checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is functioning properly and to the expectation by design, OEM Specs or other standard.Performing general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.Uses various material handling equipment such as hoists, carts, lifts, fork trucks and hand trucks in moving light to heavy weight material.Uses a variety of lock-out/tag-out devices as required per plant LOTOTO Plan.Perform other duties as assigned or required including;Actively contributing to Safety, Quality and Productivity activities and improvementsMaintaining the work area for cleanliness, Orderliness, and efficiency Standards\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Rotate job duties, areas as needed for Safety, Quality and Productivity.
