**Description:** Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with at least **2 years of experience in the hotel industry** . The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems are functioning efficiently and safely. **Main Duties** + Carry out routine maintenance and repair works in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. + Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to the established schedule. + Inspect equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire & life safety) to ensure proper operation. + Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently. + Assist in identifying and reporting technical faults and safety hazards. + Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards. + Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. + Support inventory control of materials and spare parts. + Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction. **Qualifications:** + Minimum **2 years of maintenance experience in a hotel environment** . + Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance. + Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required. **Primary Location:** IT-34-Venice **Organization:** Hyatt Centric Murano Venice **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Engineering/Facility Maintenance **Req ID:** VEN000179 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
