Job Description SummaryC&W Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations at the Integra Life Sciences facility in Plainsboro, NJ. This role is responsible for maintaining building systems, supporting daily facility operations, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.Job DescriptionPerform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility upkeep)Conduct building rounds and inspections to identify and resolve issuesRespond to work orders and service requests in a timely mannerSupport preventive maintenance programs and maintain service recordsCoordinate and escort vendors and contractors on-siteAssist with equipment moves, setups, and facility-related tasksMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentEnsure compliance with safety policies and site proceduresSupport site operations and respond to urgent maintenance needs as required

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of building maintenance or facilities experience preferredBasic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsAbility to troubleshoot and complete minor repairs independentlyStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and within a team environment

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $28.02 - $32.96
