Maintenance Technician – Bloomsburg, PA

Pay: $27–$28/hr

Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

On‑Call: Must be available for after‑hours calls (rare weekend needs—only 2–3 Saturdays

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergency repairs on machinery.Troubleshoot and repair motor controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Repair forklifts and complete blade changes on shredders, grinders, and conveyors.Create tooling and fabricate new parts for large-scale machinery as needed.Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) policies.Maintain a clean, organized workstation and contribute to overall shop organization.

Requirements

Experience with 480V / 3‑phase electrical systems (required).Ability to weld using MIG and Stick processes.Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Willingness to be on call after working hours.Comfortable working occasionally on weekends (only 2–3 Saturdays per year).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
