**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for industrial maintenance roles in Antioch, TN. This role involves performing both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with advanced technologies, including sensors, servo drives, motors, pumps, and conveyors, and must be adept at reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting PLCs. **Responsibilities** + Conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. + Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. + Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, with a preference for Siemens or the person Bradley systems. + Perform maintenance on sensors, hydraulics, servo drives, motors, pumps, and conveyors. + Maintain and repair hydraulic pumps, valves, and electrical controls. + Work with three-phase motor controls and AC/DC servo drives. + Engage in preventive and corrective maintenance activities. **Essential Skills** + 7+ years of experience in electrical and hydraulic equipment maintenance. + Proficiency in reading PLC ladder logic. + Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. + Knowledge of three-phase motor controls and AC/DC servo drives. + High school diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No specific certifications required. + Candidates must provide their own steel-toed boots/safety shoes. + Client provides ear protection, safety glasses, and gloves. + Uniforms are provided and paid for by the company. **Why Work Here?** Employees in this role will enjoy a competitive shift differential for overnight and 3rd shift work, as well as the opportunity for monthly and holiday bonuses once permanent. The facility is not temperature controlled and can be noisy due to the continuous operation of stamping presses. Shifts are structured as follows: Shift A (5am-5pm), Shift B (5pm-5am) with a $2 shift differential, 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) with a $1.25 shift differential, and 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am) with a $2 shift differential. The team is currently working 7 days a week with 12-hour shifts, aiming for every other weekend off, subject to production needs and projects. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Antioch, TN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
