**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Shift: 2nd (+$1.50 shift premium)** **Pay:$25-$28** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires a balance of mechanical and electrical expertise to maintain and repair industrial machinery in a dynamic and modern facility. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and repair industrial machinery with a focus on both mechanical and electrical aspects. + Perform troubleshooting and repairs on CNC and robotic equipment. + Read blueprints and follow specifications accurately. + Utilize hand and power tools effectively. + Conduct facilities maintenance as needed. + Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and equipment installation. + Handle electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic repair, building and machinery maintenance, and fabrication tasks. **Essential Skills** + Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude. + Dependability and a safety-oriented mindset. + Understanding of Quality System requirements. + Flexibility in working hours, including overtime, holidays, and different shifts. + At least 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics. + Experience with CNC machines and PLC troubleshooting. + GED or high school diploma. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with 3-phase electrical systems. **Why Work Here?** Join a small, modern facility that values a family environment where everyone knows each other.
