**Description** A fast‑paced, technology‑driven fulfillment environment is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support, troubleshoot, and improve highly automated material‑handling systems. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in hands‑on technical work, enjoy solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges, and want to grow within a large‑scale industrial operation. **What You’ll Do** + Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation equipment, and other automated systems + Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues + Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime + Use CMMS systems to track work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history + Collaborate with operations teams to improve equipment reliability and performance + Follow safety procedures and support a strong safety culture + Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment **What You Bring** + Experience in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, automation, or related fields + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation + Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and industrial control systems (experience level may vary by role) + Comfort working in a fast‑moving environment with strict uptime requirements + Willingness to work shifts, including nights or weekends, depending on site needs **Preferred Qualifications** + Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, robotics, or similar + Experience with conveyor systems, automated sortation, or high‑volume distribution centers + Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and industrial safety standards + Basic proficiency with computers and maintenance software **Physical Requirements** + Ability to stand, walk, and work at heights or in tight spaces + Lift up to 49 lbs as needed + Work in environments with variable temperatures and noise levels **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Tracy, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr.
