Job Summary: Children of America is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technicians join our team. Our Maintenance personnel ensure the safety of their assigned schools through regular maintenance and repair to the facilities, equipment and vehicles as requested by corporate and school management. \n

Who Will You Interact with? In this role, you will have daily interactions with Maintenance Leadership and School Management.\n

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?\n\nPerform repairs and maintenance on assigned schools ensuring their adherence to government and licensing codes.\nCooperate with school and corporate management to ensure all work is accomplished in a timely manner.\nReport any observed needed repairs or maintenance to supervisor.\nAssist in the setup of all new facilities.\nDeliver supplies from the warehouse.\nMaintain supply inventory.\nPurchase maintenance supplies in accordance with set policies and procedures at Children of America \nAbility to be on call the event of an emergency (may include weekends) \nUtilize computerized maintenance logs and email to document completion of jobs and daily activity.\nEnsure that all activities operate consistently and ethically within the mission and values of Children of America\nPassionate about Children of America's mission and able to promote and communicate the philosophy, mission and values of Children of America to coworkers, customers and the community.\n\n

Requirements:\n\nHigh school Diploma or GED required.\nMin 2 years' experience in a multi-site maintenance role required.\nMust have a valid Driver License required.\n\n

The Base pay range for this position is $XX,XXX to $YY,YYY annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.\n
