The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives maintenance technician strong in mechanical and electrical will be working on forklifts and will work with hydraulics and pneumatics, and a big focus will be preventive maintenance and running the program.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1. Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment. This includes welders, forklifts, skid steers, overhead and gantry cranes, paint equipment

2. Perform electrical skills including, but not limited to, control panels and boxes.

3. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

4. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

5. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.

6. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance

7. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

8. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

9. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ALBUQUERQUE, NM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
