Maintenance Technician

**Job Description**
We are seeking a diligent 1st shift Maintenance Technician to be responsible for troubleshooting both newer and older equipment. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, reactive troubleshooting and repairs, completing work orders, and fostering relationships with operators. The technician will work on various projects as needed and must be adept at using blueprints, schematics, and a variety of machinery and equipment. A strong safety mindset is crucial in this role.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
+ Complete work orders and manage reactive repairs.
+ Communicate effectively and build relationships with operators.
+ Utilize blueprints, schematics, and multimeters.
+ Operate CNC machinery, Fanuc drive modules, routers, welders, and more.
+ Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including LOTO procedures.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ Expertise in mechanical troubleshooting, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and bearings.
+ Electrical experience up to 480v 3-phase, including LOTO, voltmeter usage, and schematics interpretation.
+ Experience working with electronics such as AC/DC systems and drive modules.
+ Valid Driver's License.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with CNC machine troubleshooting.
+ Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting, including RS Logix 5000 and/or Siemens systems.
+ Skill in custom welding and fabrication.
+ Experience repairing motorized platforms, such as hoists and scaffolds.

**Work Environment**
Work in a vibrant RV factory environment across multiple plants. The shift is from 4 AM to 12 PM, Monday through Friday, with the opportunity for 5-10 hours of overtime each week.

This is a Permanent position based out of Middlebury, IN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $56160.00/yr.
