**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description**
This role involves a versatile range of facilities and industrial maintenance tasks. The maintenance technician will perform routine maintenance on all plant equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to prescribed procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment and facilities.
+ Conduct minor machinery repairs as needed.
+ Monitor and maintain heating, cooling, and lighting systems.
+ Operate shop floor cleaning machines when necessary.
+ Engage in groundskeeping tasks, including snow removal from doorways and walkways.
+ Participate in fabrication as part of Continual Improvement projects.
+ Provide production support by monitoring and maintaining CNC coolant.
+ Coordinate with machinists for scrap metal containment and removal.
+ Manage waste containment and removal, including cardboard, pallets, and trash.
+ Operate forklifts to move stock and equipment as required.
+ Adhere to established quality policies and procedures.
+ Uphold the company's core values.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude.
+ US Citizenship.
+ Good communication skills.
+ Ability to work with production teams, CNC maintenance, and PLC troubleshooting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in aerospace manufacturing is a significant advantage.

**Work Environment**
The work takes place in a mid-size shop with controlled temperatures, ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment. The schedule is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Clinton, MA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Clinton,MA.
