**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, who is ready to dive in, get dirty, and ensure smooth operations. This role is perfect for mechanically inclined individuals with electrical experience eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and repairs on trimming machines, strappers, cylinders, air fittings, and conveyor systems. + Troubleshoot mechanical issues (85%) and electrical systems (15%). + Work with hydraulics and pneumatics. + Assist with robotic troubleshooting as needed. + Stay proactive with preventative maintenance and equipment checks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in blow mold or injection mold environments. + Welding skills, particularly MIG welding. **Why Work Here?** Join a team at the largest packaging company in the United States, where you will enjoy comprehensive insurance and benefits, including a 401k match, and PTO up to 2 weeks.
