Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** A manufacturing company is seeking a maintenance technician to assist with maintaining equipment and the overall facility. **Responsibilities** + Maintain conveyor systems, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. + Troubleshoot HVAC systems, including RTUs and pumps. + Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance for general facilities tasks and equipment. + Conduct general remodel and reconstruction tasks as needed, such as fixing doors, painting walls, and light plumbing. + Document and track maintenance tasks and progress. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance. + Experience in repairing conveyors, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems. + Competence in using power and hand tools. + Minimum of 1-2 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma or GED. + Preferred experience with equipment such as Drop Packers, Top Sealers, Palletizers, Case Erectors, and Blow Molding machines. + Knowledge of electrical systems, including multimeters, 24v to 480v 3-phase power, and electric motors. + Understanding of automation systems, such as photo eyes, proximity switches, and limit switches. + Mechanical skills, including motor alignment, bearing replacement, and reading mechanical blueprints. **Why Work Here?** Gain more experience in industrial maintenance with opportunities for weekly overtime and consistent year-round work. It is set in a manufacturing environment with production equipment and machinery. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
