Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery. This position requires mechanical expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics, as well as electrical experience working with 480V. While PLC experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The role involves troubleshooting equipment such as conveyors, cutting equipment, pumps, and packaging machines, along with performing specific preventative maintenance tasks.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure all machinery is operational and well-maintained.Diagnose and repair mechanical issues related to hydraulics and pneumatics.Handle electrical tasks involving 480V systems.Troubleshoot various equipment including conveyors, cutting equipment, pumps, and packaging machines.Conduct specific preventive maintenance work as required.Essential SkillsExperience in hydraulics and pneumatics.Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining conveyor systems and packaging machines.Familiarity with 3 phase motors and preventive maintenance practices.Additional Skills & Qualifications2+ years of maintenance experience.Understanding of GMP guidelines.Mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset.Experience with GMP environments is preferred.Why Work Here?

Candidates with experience in similar environments are preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
